Entry-Level IT Service Desk Technician (Password Reset Support)
Location: Princeton Junction, NJ (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Duration: 4-week project
We’re seeking an entry-level Service Desk Technician to handle inbound user calls and support password resets and basic account access issues.
Responsibilities:
- Answer user calls and assist with login issues.
- Perform password resets and unlock accounts.
- Verify user identity per security procedures.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for authentication/MFA issues.
- Document tickets and escalate advanced issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of user accounts/Windows login.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual for onsite work.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with service desks, MFA tools, or ticketing systems.
Compensation: $18 an hour, W2
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
