Cash Applications Specialist

We are looking for a Cash Applications Specialist to handle payment processing, account reconciliation, and research discrepancies. This role is especially critical during the company’s peak season from March through October, as customer transactions and promotional activity increase. The position involves processing various forms of payments, including credit cards, ACH, and wire transfers.

Required Skills:

• Background in cash applications, accounts receivable, or collections
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payment processing
• Ability to research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and customers
• Self-sufficient and capable of managing tasks independently
  
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience handling high-volume payment transactions
• Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus but not required)
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve reconciliation issues
• Experience working in a seasonal business with fluctuating transaction volumes
  
  
  

Compensation: $23-$24 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
