Our client is seeking a Senior IS Technician to provide hands-on technical support across a professional office environment. This role focuses on end-user support, hardware deployment, and local infrastructure maintenance, ensuring a high-quality technology experience for internal stakeholders.

- Deliver 1st and 2nd line support, managing incidents through resolution
- Provide onboarding support and training for new hires
- Offer after-hours and on-call support as needed
- Configure, test, deploy, and support end-user devices (PCs, mobile devices, printers)
- Maintain accurate asset records and lifecycle tracking
- Support local network, telecom, and office systems
- Manage remote access tools and solutions (e.g., Citrix, VPN, virtual environments)
- Provide setup and troubleshooting support for meetings, presentations, and A/V systems
- Maintain knowledge base documentation and office procedures
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing improvements
- Support new technologies and evolving tools
- Bachelor’s degree required, or Technical certification with 5 years of relevant IT support experience
- 2 years of IT support experience in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
- Citrix, VPN, and remote access tools
- Mobile device support
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking and basic security principles
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with Apple OS and virtual machines
- Background supporting professional services environments
