As a Neonatal Intensive Care RN on a travel assignment, you’ll gain valuable insight into a dynamic, teaching-focused environment. Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1-2 years of current NICU experience preferred
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated adaptability and a team-driven mindset

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based neonatal intensive care to infants and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including neonatologists and support staff
• Document patient care meticulously and participate in family education
• Uphold safety and infection control protocols
• Participate in ongoing learning and adaptation to facility practices
