Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to identify students’ strengths and challenges
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention to support student mental health
- Analyze and interpret assessment data to inform instructional planning and behavioral supports
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and assist in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Deliver training and consultation to school personnel regarding strategies to support diverse learners
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting assessments and developing IEPs within K-12 school environments
- Strong knowledge of special education laws and psychological testing tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with students, families, and school staff
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high-quality services
