Travel NICU Registered Nurse - West Richland, WA

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (compact or WA state)
• Minimum 1 year of recent NICU nursing experience
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Adaptability and commitment to evidence-based, family-centered care
• Previous experience in a teaching or large hospital setting is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care to newborns in a Level II/III NICU
• Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with neonatologists and ancillary staff
• Provide patient and family education and emotional support
• Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to established protocols
• Engage in quality improvement and safety initiatives
• Adjust to various shifts and contribute to a positive team environment
