Key Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina licensure as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (NC TVI certificate required)
- Experience or specialized training teaching students with visual impairments in a school setting
- Ability to adapt instructional materials for accessibility
- Skilled collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including special education staff and families
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group instruction to students with visual impairments, addressing their academic and functional needs
