A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Citrus Heights, CA, within a school setting. This role focuses on supporting students with speech and language disorders through thorough evaluation, individualized treatment, and collaborative care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language challenges
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with individual goals
• Provide targeted therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
• Carefully monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including educators and healthcare professionals

Qualifications And Experience

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential

Licensure Requirements

• Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in California
• Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
