Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with individual goals
- Provide targeted therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
- Carefully monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including educators and healthcare professionals
- Engage families in therapy processes, providing education and support to enhance outcomes
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in California
- Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
