A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available for maternity leave coverage through May in El Dorado Hills, CA. This role supports K-12 students across multiple school sites, including El Dorado Hills and Rescue, with a focus on moderate to severe caseloads. The position requires onsite presence and involves direct therapy services, consultative support, assessments, and participation in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy and consultation services to K-12 students
• Conduct assessments to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams during IEP meetings
• Manage a moderate to severe caseload, adapting services to meet diverse student needs
• Travel within designated school sites in El Dorado Hills and Rescue to deliver services
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Valid licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working in California schools preferred
• Strong knowledge of K-12 occupational therapy best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple school sites in an itinerant role
