Located in Davis, CA, this Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) position offers the opportunity to provide vital speech and language services to school-age students within an onsite school environment. Working under the direct supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists, you will contribute to enhancing communication skills for students with diverse needs while collaborating closely with educational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect speech and language services aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff, even in high-stress or crisis situations
• Travel between multiple school buildings as needed during the workday
• Ensure compliance with professional standards under licensed SLP supervision
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist in student progress monitoring
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or related field; or an AAS degree from an SLPA program
• Active SLPA license or certification
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
