This role focuses on delivering high-quality speech and language services tailored to the individual needs of school-aged children.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive evaluations of children presenting with speech and language disordersDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet specific communication goalsProvide direct therapy sessions addressing speech, language, and related areasTrack and document patient progress with accuracy and attention to detailCollaborate closely with educators, therapists, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated careInvolve and educate families in the therapeutic process to support carryover and progressQualifications and Experience:Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institutionCurrent state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California, with active approval from the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology requiredPreferred certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly desirableStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamThis position offers an excellent opportunity to engage in impactful work within the school environment, backed by an experienced advisory team of SLPs in your state.
