Schedule
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Day shifts
- Current Massachusetts RN license with Psychiatry specialization
- Proven experience in psychiatric nursing, demonstrating strong clinical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced mental health setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support patient care
- Deliver comprehensive psychiatric nursing care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changing needs with appropriate interventions
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Promote a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff
