What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Coordinator position at SNI Companies?
We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Administrative Coordinator to support senior leadership at our headquarters. In this role you will be the go-to point of contact for the company owner, controlling the pace of their day and keeping them organized, up to date, and helping them increase productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Anticipate needs, manage follow-ups proactively, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Manage a high-volume calendar: coordinating schedules, arranging air and ground travel, and booking reservations.
- Work with accounts payable to help process invoices, make payments, and write checks.
- Manage incoming calls, faxes, correspondence, and vendor communications with professionalism.
- Serve as liaison between the executive and directors across multiple divisions.
- Provide occasional after-hours support for urgent situations (travel disruptions, security matters, etc.)
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company operations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred.
- Energetic and positive personality that always demonstrates a proactive work style.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google/Outlook calendars
- Experience handling financial documents including AP, invoices, and check writing.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
