Senior Accountant (Contract) – Immediate Need

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead high-volume reconciliations (bank, balance sheet, AP/AR, deferred revenue, etc.)
- Work through a backlog of unreconciled accounts and bring everything current
- Support audit preparation and ensure accuracy of financials
- Utilize NetSuite for reporting and reconciliation work
- Follow existing SOPs while identifying opportunities for improvement
- Operate independently in a fast-moving environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong reconciliation experience (top priority)
- NetSuite experience required
- Prior audit support or audit prep experience
- Comfortable stepping into a cleanup / catch-up environment
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
- Nonprofit experience
- Experience with complex reconciliations (multi-entity, investments, medical billing, etc.)

- Fully onsite in Jacksonville

- Structured environment with SOPs and templates already in place
