Certified Dietary Manager Responsibilities:
Manage the dietary services department, including planning, organizing, and directing food service operations to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction
Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of our residents, considering their individual preferences and dietary restrictions
Supervise and train dietary staff, including dietitians, cooks, and servers, to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of service and food quality
Coordinate with the nursing staff to ensure that patient diets are accurately implemented and that any special requests are accommodated
Monitor food service operations to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient satisfaction and dietary services

Certified Dietary Manager Certification or planned completion of CDM program
