As a Registered Nurse (RN), you have the opportunity to use your clinical expertise while building meaningful relationships with residents and the people who care for them. What You’ll Do:Provide comprehensive nursing care while promoting resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
Complete nursing assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes in health status
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, CNAs, LPNs, and the interdisciplinary care team
Provide clinical guidance, support, and leadership to nursing staff
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare partners
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with nursing standards and regulations
Serve as a resident advocate and promote a culture of compassionate care

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
