Job Title:
HR Shared Services Representative II (Days)
Location:
725 North Street, Pittsfield, MA
Contract Duration:
13 Weeks with possible extension
Shift:
- Type: Days
- Times: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Hours/Week: 40-hour guarantee
- Weekend Requirements: None
- On-Call Requirements: None
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, processes, and programs
- Support employee self-service tools and escalate complex issues as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
- Utilize HRIS and other systems to track and manage data
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years office experience in a fast-paced setting
- Strong customer service and decision-making skills
- Human Resources experience preferred
- Experience with automated HRIS systems highly preferred
- Associate degree in Business or related field required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Professional certifications (CCP, CEBS, SHRM, HRCI, PMP, Six Sigma) preferred
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of attention to detail and initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Ability to maintain flexibility and a positive attitude in changing environments
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills

- Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
