Title: Healthcare Investment Banking – Associate
Salary: $175,000 – $200,000 Bonus
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Support transaction execution
- Support origination activities, pitches, decks and being build long term industry relationships
- Work hand in hand with the Senior Healthcare MDs and VPS
- Advise on Buy/Sell side M&A activities (mostly sell side roles)
- Engage in the due diligence process of deals
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Bankers
- Analyze market data and understand current market trends based on real time date
- Enthusiastic about the Healthcare Industry, having the reps in closing deals in any sub sector will help you stand out as a candidate, especially if they were M&A transactions
- Healthcare M&A experience is a must with a track record of working on a number of sell side deals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or other advanced credentials preferred
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to lead deal processes and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact directly with clients and senior professionals
- Team-oriented with leadership capabilities and a strong work ethic
Salary : $175,000 - $200,000
