TITLE: Print Press Machine Operator
LOCATION: Tukwila, WA
SCHEDULE: All Shifts available, Must be able to work 7 days a week for 4-6 weeks
PAY: $21 - $22 depending on shift

Summary/Objective:
The Print Press Operators are responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. This role requires attention to detail, machine operation skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining safety and production standards in a fast-paced print environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Adjust press settings during production to maintain color registration and density.
· Balance ink and water levels to ensure consistent print quality.
· Inspect printed samples for accuracy and quality.
· Monitor ink and paper levels; replenish materials as needed.
· Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on press equipment.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
· Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
Requirements:
· Previous machine operation or press experience preferred.
· Basic computer skills
· Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for 8 hours per shift.
· Must be able to work 7 days a week for 4-6 weeks
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
· Willingness to work extended hours and weekends during peak periods.
· Strong attention to detail and quality control
