Food Production Machine Operator
SmartTalent is hiring for a couple of experienced machine operators for a sauce production company based in Woodinville, WA. These are long term, temp to hire positions offering full time hours. Ideal candidate will have previous experience operating packaging machines in a food production environment.
Location: Woodinville, WA
Pay: $20 - $21 DOE
Schedule:
Day shift: Monday - Friday, 4:30am - 1/2pm (production end time)

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- What will you be doing?
- Operating packaging machines
- Operating filling machines
- Ensuring data is up to date and accurate
- Collaborating with maintenance staff to troubleshoot issues as necessary
- Maintaining a clean workspace
Skills we’re looking for:
- Technical capacity
- Good time management
- Adaptable
- Good organization and thoroughness
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Team player and ability to work with all departments and personalities
Preferred Education and/or Experience
- Prior machine operation experience/knowledge
- Prior experience with GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- High school diploma or GED
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
