TITLE: Machine Assembler
LOCATION: Renton, WA
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
PAY: $21-$23

OBJECTIVE:
The Machine Assembler is responsible for assembling high-quality commercial machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires precision, efficiency, and the ability to meet structured production timelines.
JOB DUTIES:
· Assemble mechanical components based on hands-on training and memorized processes (no written work instructions or blueprints provided on the floor)
· Consistently meet established takt time requirements to maintain production flow and output targets
· Use hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, etc.) and standard power tools safely and effectively
· Perform in-process quality checks to ensure high craftsmanship standards
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
REQUIREMENTS:
· Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
· Proven ability to learn and retain detailed assembly processes through hands-on training
· Strong memory and ability to consistently replicate multi-step assembly procedures without written instructions
· Experience working under takt time or structured time-based production requirements
· Proficiency using hand tools and standard power tools
· Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Familiarity with lean manufacturing environments
