TITLE: Customer Experience Representative
LOCATION: Seattle, WA
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 7:00am – 11:00am
PAY: $23

ABOUT THE JOB
The Customer Experience Representative responds to inquiries, assists customers with product information, resolves issues, and ensures a positive customer experience through clear communication and excellent customer service.
JOB DUTIES
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, etc in a timely and professional manner
· Assist customers with product info, availability, pricing, order status, shipping, and returns.
· Manage written customer communication and status updates through a shared inbox
· Document customer interactions and service tickets in CRM systems
· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order or account issues
· Process order changes, cancellations, and returns
· Escalate complex issues when necessary
· Prioritize tasks to meet accuracy and turnaround time standards
· Assist with additional administrative and data entry projects
REQUIREMENTS:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Must be able to type 60 WPM
· Experience in consumer goods or manufacturing preferred
· Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP/CRM systems
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to manage repetitive, deadline-driven work
· Clear and professional written communication skills
· Strong organizational, time management, and teamwork abilities
· Adaptable, dependable, and process-oriented
