Location: Remote — Local to Lawrence, MA; may be required to work onsite once per week
Pay: $19.23/hr, to be hired on at a higher rate
About the Role
We are seeking a detail‐oriented Service Analyst to support our Technical Support and Service Operations teams. This role is responsible for reviewing Salesforce Technical Support (TS) cases to determine billability, adding appropriate repair details and pricing, and transferring finalized information into IFS for customer invoicing.
This position requires strong analytical skills, comfort with technical topics, and the ability to collaborate with Technical Support staff to validate interpretations. There is an immediate need to address a backlog of cases, so the ability to work with urgency is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Salesforce TS case details to determine whether work is billable
- Add repair descriptions, pricing, and supporting details for billable cases
- Save and process billable cases accurately within Salesforce
- Transfer case information into IFS for invoicing
- Collaborate with Technical Support staff to confirm technical interpretations
- Apply sound judgment in ambiguous situations
- Suggest improvements to existing processes and workflows
Qualifications Required
- Salesforce experience
- Exposure to ERP systems
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables highly desirable)
- Ability to understand and interpret technical information
Preferred
- Experience with IFS
- Technical Support or service operations background
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (degree not required)
