SkySource Solutions is partnered with Our client, a global leader in chemical and ingredient distribution, to hire a Senior Sales Incentive Plan Analyst. This is a contract role with strong probability for hire based on performance and business need.
This position is perfect for a finance‑focused Sales Compensation Analyst who enjoys data accuracy, analytics, and working cross‑functionally to support a national sales organization.
Schedule & Work Arrangement
- Hybrid role: 3 days onsite per week in Downers Grove, IL
- Training: First 2 weeks fully onsite (Monday–Friday)
- Contract Duration: April 2026 – April 2027
- FLSA: Exempt
Key ResponsibilitiesIncentive Processing & Accuracy
- Calculate sales incentive accruals and payments according to close timelines
- Ensure timely, accurate processing aligned with incentive plan rules and policies
- Conduct audits to validate data integrity, accuracy, and compliance
Reporting & Analytics
- Deliver recurring compensation reports, dashboards, and statements
- Provide ad‑hoc reporting and analysis on incentive performance and trends
- Compile and analyze data from multiple systems for forecasting and modeling
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Compensation, Finance, Sales Operations, Accounting, and Payroll
- Support escalated sales incentive inquiries with data‑driven analysis
- Assist with communication to sales teams regarding plans, systems, and processes
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and accuracy
- Support the design and rollout of new or revised incentive plans
- Provide ongoing ad‑hoc reporting related to sales incentive programs
Required Qualifications
- Experience administering sales incentive or variable compensation programs
- Strong financial and analytical background (not general HR compensation)
- Advanced Excel skills (calculations, data analysis, auditing)
- Experience supporting a national sales organization (100 reps preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Experience with sales incentive systems (Everstage strongly preferred)
Pay: $49.77 - $52.77 per hour
