Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and commercial leadership to drive financial performance
- Analyze manufacturing costs, cost variances, inventory performance, and operational KPIs
- Support pricing strategy, product margins, and customer profitability analysis
- Build and deliver executive-level presentations, dashboards, and financial insights
- Develop Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel models to improve reporting and decision-making
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and improve operational efficiency
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for manufacturing operations
- 7 years of finance experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in cost accounting, inventory, and the manufacturing finance lifecycle
- Experience partnering with commercial/sales teams on margin and profitability analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or other BI tools
- Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills
- Ability to communicate financial insights to executive and operational leadership
