This role reports to the Accounting Leader and is responsible for SAP-driven cost accounting, month-end close, and delivering actionable financial insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage product costing within SAP and maintain related master data
- Execute SAP month-end close activities accurately and on schedule
- Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and income statement trends
- Prepare monthly financial and operational reporting for leadership
- Support budgeting process, including product costing and sales assumptions
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and supply chain on cost analysis and modeling
- Assist with annual audit and provide required documentation
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of manufacturing cost accounting and financial analysis experience
- Hands-on SAP experience required
- Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
- Strong Excel skills
