Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute IT audit engagements focused on ITGCs
- Perform testing across access management, change management, and IT operations
- Conduct walkthroughs and evaluate control design and effectiveness
- Document audit procedures, findings, and recommendations
- Identify control gaps and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Support SOX ITGC testing, integrated audits, and special projects
- Partner with IT and cybersecurity teams across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
- Utilize data analytics, automation, and AI tools to improve audit quality and efficiency
- Stay current on cybersecurity trends, frameworks, and emerging risks
- 2–4 years of experience in IT audit, technology risk, or internal audit
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
- Knowledge of ITGCs and SOX compliance
- Familiarity with frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, CIS)
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts (IAM, vulnerability management, etc.)
- Experience with ERP systems, cloud platforms, and access controls
- Certifications (or in progress): CISA preferred; CPA, CISSP, or Security a plus
- Experience with data tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python) is a plus
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel (:20–40%)
