Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute IT audit engagements (planning, risk assessment, testing, reporting)
- Perform testing across key ITGC areas: access management, change management, and IT operations
- Evaluate control design and effectiveness; identify gaps and recommend improvements
- Support SOX ITGC testing, integrated audits, and special projects
- Partner with cybersecurity and IT teams to assess risks across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
- Use data analytics and AI tools to improve audit efficiency and insights
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
- Relevant certification (or in progress): CISA preferred; CPA, CISSP, or Security a plus
- Experience with SOX testing and internal audit methodologies
- Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment
- Willingness to travel (:20–40%)
- 3–6 years of experience in IT audit, technology risk, or internal audit
- Strong knowledge of ITGCs and SOX compliance
- Familiarity with frameworks like COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts (IAM, vulnerability management, etc.)
- Experience working with ERP systems, cloud platforms, and access controls
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
