Requirements
- Accounting or Finance degree
- Strong Excel Skills / QuickBooks, nice to have
- Responsible for the timely reporting of key financial and operational data.
- Responsible for HR tasks such as onboarding, payroll, job descriptions, employee handbook, training, policies and procedures etc..
- Assist with the development and maintenance of various financial models related to new product development, revenue, profitability, cash generation, and customer opportunities.
- Perform “what-if” analysis as requested.
- Investigate and identify problems impacting financial policies and procedures. Recommend appropriate policy or procedure changes to prevent future problems.
- Perform costing and profitability analysis
- Assist in company budget and annual operating plan development and analysis of actual results compared to budget and operating plan.
- Work with and communicate effectively with internal audit staff and outside auditors.
- Implement and manage business controls and authority matrix.
- Perform additional job-related duties and complete special projects as assigned.
