Position Overview
Nu-Pipe is seeking an experienced Polyurethane Grouting Nozzleman to perform and support polyurethane grout injection operations in confined spaces for drainage pipe rehabilitation projects. This field-based role requires hands-on technical skill, physical stamina, and a willingness to travel to multiple job sites, including projects outside Florida. The ideal candidate is eager to work 10 days on, 4 days off and learn new techniques, methods, and materials to grow their expertise.
What You’ll Do
Operate polyurethane grout injection equipment and nozzles in confined spaces
Prepare and mix grout materials according to project specifications
Inject polyurethane grout to seal voids, reinforce structures, and prevent water infiltration
Monitor injection pressure, material flow, and application rates to ensure proper installation
Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed
Work safely in confined spaces, adhering to all safety and environmental regulations
Maintain accurate records of materials used and project progress
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to ensure project success
Learn and adapt to new grouting techniques, methods, and materials
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in polyurethane grouting or similar injection operations
Confined Space Entry experience required
Knowledge of grout types, injection methods, and nozzle operation
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Physical stamina and comfort working in confined spaces or challenging conditions
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to industry regulations
CDL preferred but not required
Willingness to travel outside Florida for projects
Flexibility to work 10 days on, 4 days off
