Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our pipeline rehabilitation team. In this role, you will assist with projects such as slip lining, drainage repair & installation, and canal & lake bank restoration. This is a hands-on position that requires operating small tools and equipment and working closely with a crew in various weather conditions.
What You’ll Do
Work with a crew on pipeline rehabilitation projects
Operate small tools and equipment (e.g., pumps, gas saws, compactors, bobcats, backhoes)
Assist with underground utility construction tasks on-site
Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company standards
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Required Qualifications
Underground utility construction experience preferred
Desire and eagerness to learn a skilled trade
Positive attitude, customer service skills, and strong communication abilities
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to complete and pass a drug screening and background check
Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR check required if operating company vehicles)
Willingness to work in all weather conditions
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday
Home daily
Overtime & weekend availability as needed
