Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking laborer/crew member to join our pipeline rehabilitation team. In this role, you will assist with projects such as slip lining, drainage repair & installation, and canal & lake bank restoration. This is a hands-on position that requires operating small tools and equipment and working closely with a crew in various weather conditions.
What You’ll Do
- Work with a crew on pipeline rehabilitation projects
- Operate small tools and equipment (pumps, gas saws, compactors, bobcats, backhoes)
- Assist with underground utility construction tasks on-site
- Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company standards
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Other duties as required
Required Qualifications
- Underground utility construction experience preferred
- Desire and eagerness to learn a skilled trade
- Positive attitude, customer service skills, and strong communication abilities
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to complete and pass a drug screening and background check
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR check required if operating company vehicles)
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Home daily
- Overtime & weekend availability as needed
