Location: Central Florida (with travel outside the state)
Position Overview
Nu-Pipe is seeking an experienced Grouting Foreman to operate and supervise grout injection operations for drainage pipe rehabilitation projects. This field-based role requires hands-on expertise, mechanical skill, and the ability to travel to multiple job sites, including projects outside of Florida. The ideal candidate is willing to work 10 days on, 4 days off, and is eager to learn new techniques, methods, and materials to advance their career.
What You’ll Do
Operate grout injection pumps and related equipment
Prepare and mix grout materials according to project specifications
Inject grout into designated areas to reinforce structures, fill voids, or prevent water infiltration
Monitor pressure levels, material flow, and injection rates to ensure proper application
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Maintain accurate records of materials used and project progress
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to ensure project success
Adapt to new techniques, methods, and materials as the company evolves
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as an Injection Grout Operator or similar role
Knowledge of grout types, injection methods, and related equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting abilities
Physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces or challenging conditions
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to industry regulations
Confined Space Entry experience
CDL preferred but not required
Willingness to travel outside Florida for projects
Flexibility to work 10 days on, 4 days off
