Location: Central Florida (with travel outside the state required)
Position Overview
Nu-Pipe is seeking an experienced Grouting Technician to operate and support grout injection operations for drainage pipe rehabilitation projects. This field-based role requires hands-on technical skill, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to travel to multiple job sites, including projects outside Florida. The ideal candidate is eager to work 10 days on, 4 days off and learn new techniques, methods, and materials to grow their expertise.
What You’ll Do
Operate grout injection equipment for polyurethane or cementitious grout
Prepare and mix grout materials according to project specifications
Inject grout to seal voids, reinforce structures, and prevent water infiltration
Monitor injection pressure, material flow, and application rates to ensure proper installation
Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed
Work safely in confined spaces when required, adhering to all safety and environmental regulations
Maintain accurate records of materials used and job progress
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to ensure project success
Learn and adapt to new grouting techniques, methods, and materials
Required Qualifications
Experience in grout injection or similar construction/utility work
Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate field equipment
Physical stamina and comfort working in confined spaces or challenging conditions
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to industry regulations
CDL preferred but not required
Willingness to travel outside Florida for projects
Flexibility to work 10 days on, 4 days off
