Position: Front Desk Agent- Seasonal
Job Purpose: Be the first impression of our resort—welcoming guests and creating a memorable, positive experience from check-in to check-out. Welcome and serve guests by providing an excellent guest experience.
Job Summary: Blue Harbor Resort is looking for a friendly, reliable Front Desk Agent to join our seasonal team. In this role, you’ll be the face of the resort—greeting guests, answering questions, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and taken care of.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality are key to success in this role.
Schedule: Primarily 2:00pm-9:00/10:00PM.
Duties
- Welcomes guest by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests.
- Registers guest by obtaining or confirming room requirements, verifying pre-registration, assigning room, obtaining information and signatures, issuing guest room keys.
- Authorize credit cards or obtain cash for the duration of the stay.
- Directs guest to room by showing location on resort map.
- Conveys information to guest by receiving and transmitting messages, mail, facsimiles, packages, etc.
- Provides concierge duties to guest by answering inquiries regarding resort and other services guest may require, such as entertainment, shopping, business, and travel.
- Maintains records by entering room and guest account data.
- Collects revenue by entering services and charges, computing bill, secure payment.
- Makes resort and other reservations by entering or telephoning requirements, checking availability, confirming requirements.
- Secures guest’s valuables by processing lost and found to the housekeeping department.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed including extra duty requests from manager.

Physical Requirements
