Position: Seasonal Hotel Room Attendant

Reports To: Rooms Division Manager

Schedule & Details

• Status: Seasonal; Summer, Fall Break, Winter Break, Spring Break, etc....
• Hours: 20–30 hours per week
• Compensation: $16.00/hour
• Availability: Evenings, weekends (Sundays), and holidays as needed

Join our team as a Room Attendant and play a key role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest. In this position, you’ll help ensure that each room meets our high standards—because a great stay starts with a spotless space.

Room Attendants are essential to the guest experience, helping maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall satisfaction throughout the hotel.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and service guest rooms and assigned areas to brand and company standards
• Make beds, change linens, and refresh towels and amenities
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces, including bathrooms and fixtures
• Clean windows, mirrors, patios, and other guest-facing areas
• Restock supplies and maintain a clean, organized housekeeping cart
• Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly
• Follow proper procedures for chemical use and safety (including bloodborne pathogen protocols)
• Handle lost and found items according to company procedures
• Communicate with guests in a friendly, professional manner and respond to requests as needed
• Assist team members, including delivering guest items or supporting House Attendants
• Help conserve energy by adjusting room settings in unoccupied spaces

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping, sanitation, and guest service practices preferred
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and proper cleaning procedures

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Frequent bending, stretching, pushing, and standing throughout the shift

• Seasonal: June – September; School Breaks, if interested! (Christmas Break, Spring break, Fall Break, etc...).
