Position: Seasonal Hotel Room Attendant
Reports To: Rooms Division Manager
Schedule & Details
- Status: Seasonal; Summer, Fall Break, Winter Break, Spring Break, etc....
- Hours: 20–30 hours per week
- Compensation: $16.00/hour
- Availability: Evenings, weekends (Sundays), and holidays as needed

Room Attendants are essential to the guest experience, helping maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall satisfaction throughout the hotel.

What You’ll Do
- Clean and service guest rooms and assigned areas to brand and company standards
- Make beds, change linens, and refresh towels and amenities
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces, including bathrooms and fixtures
- Clean windows, mirrors, patios, and other guest-facing areas
- Restock supplies and maintain a clean, organized housekeeping cart
- Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly
- Follow proper procedures for chemical use and safety (including bloodborne pathogen protocols)
- Handle lost and found items according to company procedures
- Communicate with guests in a friendly, professional manner and respond to requests as needed
- Assist team members, including delivering guest items or supporting House Attendants
- Help conserve energy by adjusting room settings in unoccupied spaces

- Basic knowledge of housekeeping, sanitation, and guest service practices preferred
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and proper cleaning procedures
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Frequent bending, stretching, pushing, and standing throughout the shift
