Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

• Track account activity, analyze customer data, and provide reports as needed
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and efficiency
• Assist in contract renewals and upsell opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or related roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
