We’re seeking a professional Customer Service Specialist to support our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will act as a point of contact to handle inquiries, resolve product or service issues, and provide a positive brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat)
- Resolve product or service issues with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate and complete customer records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to resolve escalated cases
- Recommend solutions, product upgrades, or alternatives as needed
- Support onboarding or training for new customers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; associate’s degree preferred
- 2 years in a customer service or client-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
