A boutique real estate law firm is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Attorney with experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development matters. This role will involve working with a wide range of clients including investors, developers, and corporate tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and closing documents
- Review title, survey, zoning, and environmental reports
- Coordinate and manage closings for real estate acquisitions and financings
- Advise clients on 1031 exchanges, land use, and regulatory issues
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessment
- Work directly with clients and opposing counsel to resolve issues
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active license with the Massachusetts Bar
- 3 years of experience in real estate law, ideally in a transactional setting
- Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
