We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This position supports the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, conferences, and brand activations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate and promotional events
- Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal departments to ensure event requirements are met
- Maintain detailed timelines and event logistics documentation
- Support on-site event execution, including setup, registration, and guest services
- Monitor budgets and help track expenditures
- Prepare and distribute materials such as agendas, signage, and post-event reports
- Handle administrative tasks related to events, including scheduling and filing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed for event support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
