About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team in the federal government services sector. In this role, you will contribute to receiving, unpacking, and validating customer devices, engaging with customers regarding equipment status, performing accurate data entry, and collaborating with service and sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and validate customer devices in the system
- Engage with customers regarding equipment status and processing
- Perform accurate data entry of device and customer information
- Collaborate with FTC Service & Sales Teams and direct customer contacts
Requirements:
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience in fast-paced environments with time-sensitive goals
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, or Dialpad
- Customer service experience
