Join Our Team as an Internal Auditor (Direct Hire)

We’re seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join a global audit team based in Houston, TX. This is a high-impact, career-building opportunity for finance audit professionals looking to grow into future finance leadership roles within a dynamic, international organization.

Position Details

• Salary Range: Competitive base salary 20% annual bonus
• Work Model: Hybrid (Mon–Tue onsite | Wed–Fri remote – required)
• Location: Houston, TX (open to relocation)
• Travel: International travel approximately every other month (up to 2 weeks at a time)
• Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You’ll Do

• Plan, execute, and support financial and operational audit engagements globally
• Evaluate financial records, internal controls, and business processes
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and compliance gaps; recommend improvements
• Partner with management to strengthen governance, transparency, and controls
• Support special projects including investigations and post-acquisition reviews
• Serve as an independent advisor ensuring regulatory and policy compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Background in Finance Audit (Senior Assurance or Finance Auditor experience required)
• Experience in external audit; Big 4 experience preferred
• Strong understanding of risk management and internal controls
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Certifications (CPA, CIA, ACCA) preferred but not required
• Ideal experience range: 4–8 years (not to exceed 10 years)
