About the Role:
We are partnering with a leading technology provider whose innovative time clock solutions are used in hospitals, manufacturing facilities, and restaurants to streamline workforce management and improve operational efficiency.
We’re seeking a US Operations Manager to oversee cross-functional operations including warehouse, fulfillment, equipment repair, and inventory control. This role will manage 7 direct reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support the company’s growth.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in hardware-related industries, and the ability to implement KPIs to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team, including Warehouse Operations personnel, Repair Technicians, Operations Administrators, and Fulfillment Technicians.
- Oversee daily operational activities such as order processing, scheduling, fulfillment, inventory control, and equipment repair workflows.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to drive team performance, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Information Technology, Engineering, or Information Systems).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, ideally within a hardware-related industry.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required for reporting, analytics, and performance tracking) and strong skills in Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP systems and serial-number management for equipment tracking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) devices, software, workflows, and cloud management systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL.
- Proven track record of working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
