We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Installer to take on a hands-on leadership role in our team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in landscape installation, including irrigation, plantings, drainage, and hardscaping, and who has some leadership experience in managing on-site projects.

Position Overview:
As an On-Site Lead, you will be responsible for both leading and actively participating in the installation of high-quality landscaping projects. This role requires a skilled professional who can oversee job sites, ensure efficiency and quality, and work alongside the crew to bring projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces.
- Plant trees, shrubs and sod according to project designs.
- Operate and maintain various tools and equipment, including skid steers, trenchers and compactors.
- Install and repair irrigation and drainage systems as needed.
- Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
- Work efficiently with a team to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure job site cleanliness and safety at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience in landscape construction, hardscaping, or a related field.
- Knowledge of basic construction techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with pavers, stonework, and concrete finishing.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints and landscape designs.
- CDL or equipment operator certification is a plus.
