$18–$22/hr (DOE) | Full-Time | Hands-On Outdoor Work
Are you experienced in landscaping or construction and enjoy working outdoors? Join our installation team and help build high-quality outdoor spaces including patios, planting beds, irrigation systems, and more.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and wants to grow their skills in landscape installation.
Pay & Schedule $18.00–$22.00/hour (based on experience)
Full-time, consistent hours
Overtime and weekend work may be available What You'll Do Install plants, trees, sod, and mulch
Build patios, walkways, and retaining walls
Assist with irrigation system installs and minor repairs
Install outdoor lighting systems
Operate equipment (skid steer, trencher, compactor, etc.)
Perform site prep: grading, soil prep, drainage
Follow safety standards and maintain clean job sites
Work as part of a crew to complete projects on time What We're Looking For 1 year of landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, or equipment
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
