Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Hardscape Installer to join our growing team. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and experience installing pavers, natural stone, and other hardscape materials.
Responsibilities:
- Install pavers, retaining walls, steps, fire pits, and related hardscape features.
- Perform site prep including excavation, grading, and base compaction.
- Operate equipment such as skid steers, saws, and compactors safely and efficiently.
- Read and follow project plans and blueprints.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in hardscape or landscape construction preferred.
- Knowledge of proper base prep, drainage, and installation techniques.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
