Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Monitor and record vital signs and changes in condition.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Report observations to nurses and follow care plans closely.
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with facility policies.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Active NY CNA license.
- Must be local
- Current BLS Certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care (LTC) setting.
