Seven Executive is supporting the appointment of a commercially driven Territory Sales Representative for a privately held North American packaging manufacturer entering an important phase of growth.
The business operates across multiple packaging formats, supporting customers across food, dairy, cheese, poultry, manufacturing and broader industrial markets.
Following a significant investment into additional manufacturing capacity, the company is looking to appoint a high-performing sales professional to take ownership of a strong Wisconsin and Michigan territory.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hungry packaging sales professional to manage inherited accounts, build new customer relationships, and drive profitable growth across one of the most packaging-rich regions in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships across Wisconsin and Michigan.
- Develop new business across food, dairy, cheese, poultry and industrial packaging accounts.
- Build a qualified pipeline of new opportunities aligned with increased manufacturing capacity.
- Sell a broad packaging portfolio into food processors, manufacturers and packaging users.
- Work closely with internal teams, plant operations and regional sales leadership.
- Identify customer needs and position packaging capabilities effectively.
- Support pricing, forecasting and territory growth planning.
- Represent the business in customer meetings, site visits and industry conversations.
Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of B2B sales experience.
- Packaging sales experience preferred.
- Flexible packaging, corrugated, labels, rigid plastic or broader packaging backgrounds considered.
- Strong hunter mentality with proven new business development ability.
- Experience selling into food, dairy, cheese, poultry or food processing markets would be highly advantageous.
- Able to manage inherited accounts while still driving new business growth.
- Commercially sharp, relationship-led and comfortable owning a territory.
- Strong communicator who can work closely with plants, operations and internal teams.
- Stable career history and a long-term mindset.
- Ideally based in Wisconsin, although Michigan will be considered for the right individual.
