A rapidly growing PE-backed pest control organization is seeking a Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations, develop field teams, and drive revenue growth within a local market.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for operational performance, customer satisfaction, employee development, and business growth. The successful candidate will lead a team of field professionals while ensuring service quality, safety, and overall branch profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of field service professionals
• Drive branch revenue through strong customer retention and growth initiatives
• Coach, train, and mentor employees to maximize performance
• Monitor service quality and ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Oversee branch assets, equipment, vehicles, and inventory
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
• Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Support sales and business development efforts within the local market

Requirements

• Prior leadership experience within a route-based, field service, home services, or residential services environment
• Strong people management and coaching skills
• Proven ability to drive operational performance and revenue growth
• Comfortable working in both office and field environments
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems, mobile technology, and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to conduct field inspections, travel locally, and work occasional weekends as business needs require
