We're partnering with a leading electrical distribution business supplying products and solutions into industrial, commercial, utility, oil & gas, and data center markets.
As the business continues to grow, they're looking to add a Finance Manager to partner with senior leadership, support strategic decision-making, and drive financial performance across a complex multi-site operation.
Responsibilities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Deliver financial reporting, analysis, and business performance insights.
• Partner with operational and commercial leaders across the business.
• Build financial models and support strategic initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or finance management.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Experience within distribution, manufacturing, industrial, building products, or a related environment preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
